A resurfaced 2018 patent (US10786570) from the elite Rockefeller University details nanoparticles injected or engineered into cells that heat up under radio waves, flipping biological switches inside your body on command.
They tested it in mice: remotely trigger insulin release to drop blood sugar, activate brain neurons tied to hunger/reward/dopamine, turn genes on/off, release hormones.
No implants. Just external signals.
They call it “NICE” — Nanoparticle Induced Circuit Excitation. Or, as the patent literally says: “remote control of cell function.”
Rockefeller ties? The same family long accused of global influence. Now this tech could theoretically target diabetes, Parkinson’s, pain, hormones… or worse, if misused for neural/behavioral tweaks.
