Palantir CEO Alex Karp says there are basically two ways to know you have a future in AI.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp says there are basically two ways to know you have a future in AI.

One, you have vocational training. Or two, you're neurodivergent.

That's it. That's the list.

Here's what he actually means 👇

The vocational angle is easy peasy, we’ve heard that before.

Electricians, plumbers, carpenters. AI cannot rewire your house.

The same data center buildout powering the AI revolution is creating a massive shortage of the skilled tradespeople needed to physically construct it.

The irony is almost too perfect lol.

The neurodivergent angle is more personal. Karp has spoken openly about his own dyslexia and how it shaped the way he thinks.

His argument is that people who naturally see patterns differently, who break systems rather than follow them, are harder to automate than people who execute predictable processes really well.

Palantir already put money behind this. They launched a Neurodivergent Fellowship paying $110,000 to $200,000 annually.

Their job posting said neurodivergent individuals will play a disproportionate role in shaping the future of America.

You think he’s right? Thoughts?
