Mexico has the lowest cancer rates in the world and they say it’s because of the amount of chili peppers they eat.



All chili peppers contain capsaicin. 
Capsaicin causes cancer cells to self destruct. It also kills parasites which we all know is the root to cancer.

In lab and animal studies it shows anti cancer properties by triggering specific molecular pathways that cause cancer cell death, inhibit cell growth, and block metastasis and angiogenesis. 

Make sure to eat the pepper and the seeds!
